- Platform Data: Account, usage, and cookie data are stored while your account is active. Upon account deletion or after 6 months of inactivity, we delete your personal data unless legally required to retain it. Cookie data is deleted automatically after 12 months.
- Backups and Logs: Copies may persist in encrypted backups or logs for up to 180 days for disaster recovery or security but are not used otherwise.
- GitHub Account Data: GitHub profile data (e.g., username, email) is retained only while your account is active. Upon deletion or unlinking from GitHub, we delete or anonymize this data within 30 days. To request earlier deletion, email contact@agentri.ai with the subject "GitHub Data Deletion Request."
Notifications: After 6 months of inactivity, your personal data will be deleted. We may send a notification to your registered email address before taking this action.
4. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable, you have the following rights, subject to certain exceptions:
